Purchased Truck That Had Been Tampered With And Reported Stolen

I purchased a Ford F-150 Truck from this dealership the first part of October. I did test drive the truck and on the way home 2 hours after purchase the transmission would not go into gear. I called the dealership and told them the problem and they would do nothing to help stating that I purchased the truck as is. I had the truck towed to Aamco transmissions where they discovered the transmission was completely worn out and had additives put in the transmission to make it run smoothely for a little while. It cost me $1700 to have the transmission repaired.in addition the check engine light came on and it won't pass emmissions due more repairs needed. The heat don't work so I had another mechanic check this problem out and found out that the heater core had been bypassed because of a leak. This would cost another $700 to repair as the dash of the truck has to be removed to get to the heater core. Just another cover up problem. When I finally went to get a tag for the truck a police officer came to the tag office and told me the truck had been stolen. I was able to drive the truck home while the problem was resolved, but not able to get a tag until after the dealer tag had expired. So my truck sat in the driveway for 5 days waiting to clear this mess up. I have reported the dealer to the Better Business Bureau and have called the dealer numerous times with no resolve. I still have not recieved my title and can't seem to get the dealership to send it. M & G Brothers Auto Sales have since changed their name to GSA AUTO SALES.
