I normally do business with Discount Tire, but they were closed which forced me to NTB. The Technician was off the clock and was asked to install a NEW, $108, tire on my car. When the tire/wheel became a problem he started swearing and throwing wheel weights around the work area, almost hitting me. I was stunned by the lack of respect for a paying customer. After talking to the Supervisor, he only offered me a free oil change at the same store. Why would I visit that place ever again? I will never visit another NTB.
