Paypoint Paypoint.net allowed 3 transactions to go through when i contacted them to cancel a purchase i made with rapidmanuals!

I also have been scammed by this company, I contacted them day after my order on the 8th feb asking for a tracker number for my item.
Then i discovered these reports on here and contacted there merchant PAYPOINT.net through there email report system to cancel my order with rapidmanuals i received another receipt for the item no cancellation notice.

I contacted them again to cancel the transaction to receive another receipt for the item. I checked my bank statement to find for each email i sent to cancel my transaction paypoint processed another transaction and charged my account 3 times for 5.99 total 17.97

I contacted them by telephone and explained my situation to be told that they do not refund or able to cancel any transaction from any merchant as the are only a gateway for merchants to be able to accept card payments.

I asked why for each email i sent to cancel my transaction that i was charged again for the item they could not give me a clear answer and told me that they are only used as a gateway for the merchant.

I would stay clear from any merchant that uses paypoint.net as a payment method as you will never see your money back!!!
