On 11/26 i contacted jessica lovely to purchase a dress that was to be delivered to me within 2-3 weeks. She explained to me in detail how the transaction would appear in my account and promised a receipt when complete. The next day as promised i had visibility to what was promised and a receipt emailed to me including transaction number ma0138322854 (intuit go payment from everything lovely). However, the transaction would show in my acct. As kevin richey her ‘accountant’.
When i requested an update on 12/15 of where they were in the process of this order, i didn’t receive a response. I then followed up on 12/17 asking the same for an update and now tracking number of shipment and to no avail. I am requesting a full refund of $362.92 which includes the cost of the item purchased ($349.00 and $13.95 for shipping).
The merchant has been contacted at the same number that was provided to purchase (312.798.9596) twice with zero response. This is the reason for the dispute i have held my end of the bargain and the merchant has not.
