Loose Lug Nuts

Went for regular oil change and tire rotation like I always do every time service is due. As soon as I left and took the first turn a heard an ugly noise, drove it a little more and right before I turn to the inner state I heard a louder klunk noise. I stopped the car and check the tires and with hand I could loosen the left front tire lug nuts which were all loose. Turn right back to the dealer furious because this is the car my wife drives to work and with the kids. Just to image for some negligence I could of had a bad accident. This is a huge lawsuit if a wheel would of come off the car and cause an accident. I lost all my trust at this dealer ship. This would of been avoided if they have a program in place where a second person checks the torque on the cars before leaving the service area. Then a simple apology they think takes care of the situation.
