I too like many others were scammed by this company, i found this thread usefull: http://forums. Moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php? T=3990965. I have contacted paypoint.net who advise me: 'In these cases, the first course of action you must take is to dispute the transaction with your bank. They can raise what is called a 'chargeback' and ensure that the funds are returned to your bank account. If this company is a merchant of PayPoint.net, the chargeback will come through us and we will therefore investigate the company. You are legally obliged to raise a chargeback and your bank will make sure that the funds are returned.'
However if paid by cash You will need to contact PayPoint PLC rather than PayPoint.net. They deal with cash payments and with your receipt, they should be able to investigate for you. You can contact them on 08457600633 and they will be able to help.
