My complaint is extra fees when paying your bill online or over the phone. When asked from a customer service representive why the fee. She replied well it a fee that western union is charging us so we have to charge our customers.in addition to her reply I ask why is it not stated on the bill or online She stated it not part of your bill. I do not think that fair to the consumers to pay for this fees. After they already pay alot already for un nessary fees.
