Charge for bogus monthly fees

I was charged on my AT&T bill by a company called Blue Dog Online, Inc. For monthly charges for vmail & email monthly fees $12.95. I did not in any way every authorize these charges. The phone number on my bill for questions is 1-877-661-1832. When I attemped to call, I got a voice mail saying the business was currently closed to leave a message and someone would call back, but there was no beep to leave a message. Their message just kept playing over and over. I cannot find this company anywhere online, so I do not have a physical address for this company. AT&T took the charge off for this month, but will this be something I have to deal with every month. The AT&T rep said she had gotten many calls about other customers being charge by Blue Dog Online, Inc. I hope someone will do something about this company.
