Triangulating late fees

This company is crooked, i paid off our last payment with this company and called them to ask where our title is and they said you have late fees. Well i was not aware of any late fees being that they had our phone number to call up any time so as i was talking to them to ask where all these fees come from they replied that every month our payment was late and that they took there fees from the car payment and now it shows that we didn't make full payments so i told them that was illegal under federal law and they said your wrong we can do what we need to do to gain our money back. So i called the attorney generals office and questioned the matter with them and they said that is a federal law that no company is allowed to do that to a consumer. So i asked what do i do and they said contact the company and ask them to take care of the matter and if they don't call us back and we will investigate the matter.

So i call them back and they said you will not get your title until we get our money so i said ok i will call the attorney generals office and they said go ahead and waist your time doing what you need to do and we will just keep adding late fees to your account. Well it looks like this company thinks they don;t have to abide by the laws from the federal government to protect the consumer that is why they always lose millions in lawsuits. So if you ever want to get a loan don;t ever use this company because they will rip you blind and treat you like trash. When will they ever be shut down obama. You were never there when we needed you. So if you ever wonder why you are so broke and can;t get ahead this is one of the many things our president alows these companies to do to us as a consumer and tax payer.
