BIG ripoff

DO NOT rent from these people EVER! This company is the worst. They force you to sign the no damage paperwork BEFORE they will give you the keys. Most companies are there with the car and inspect it with you, but not this one. We get to the car in the parking garage and try to inspect it as we always do. The garage is very dim and there is dew on the car. There was no damage to the car that we saw.

Upon returning it (in a bright part of the garage) the attendant informs us that there is a huge scratch on the drivers side. NO WAY! I now get a bill in the mail saying we owe $906. WTF? That damage was there when we received the car but there was no way for us to see it in the garage with the provided lighting.

You are at the mercy of the attendant when you return the car. Obviously, the person who inspected on the previous rental didn't bother to report anything so we are on the hook for these damages? No I don't think so. We will fight this. Stay away from the company at all costs, no matter were you are renting!!
