Claims Dept. Damaged new truck while parked in their garage denied claim

I had been known this parking garage in the Belvedere Hotel during NYC. I got my new vehicle towards the storage, with no harm, and quit it using the clerk to park it.

After I returned to get it, I observed scratches down the medial side that have been not there after I introduced the vehicle towards the storage.

I showed it towards the clerk and he attempted to inform me that it had been there after I introduced the vehicle in - lie, lie

He gave me a state check, and that I named to record this event after I got home.

I simply rec'd a notice in the statements department declaring they had researched the state and approved no obligation. This vehicle had never had any harm onto it till it had been left within their storage.
