Gary obermire sold me a motorhome and failed to disclose known mechanical issue that makes vehicle unsafe and dangerous. Failed to make repairs on motorhome to bring it to industry standards

I purchased a rv (2007 country coach) from premier rv services in junction city oregon from Louie Courtemanche and gary obermire on dec. 16th 2011. I was promised that said rv would be delivered in acceptable condition with all components both mechanically and cosmetically brought to industry standards.

I drove the rv a short time when the front end started to shake uncontrollably and what seemed like 2 front flat tires. As a result the windshield cracked and air pressures began to fluctuate.

Then the first night on the road on my way home the satellite and cable tv were inop. The ac and heater were inop. Electrical outlets did not work. Electric front seat did not work. Clothes dryer did not work. There was a loud thumping sound in the roof area. A loud screeching sound at the windshield.

They provided me with a paper that said all the batteries were 100% and did not need replaced (4 are dead). The tire pressure monitor did not work properly.

Premier promised to make good on these repairs when i returned to fla. I brought rv to a repair shop they recommended and were to take care of the bill.

Now that they found out the cost to repair they reneged on their commitment saying"it was a consignment coach" and they did not make any profit on the deal. They said it was used and did not feel they were responsible.

I now am stuck with paying for repairs that i feel i should not be responsible for and most of all a potentially dangerous rv that can result in a serious accident.
