Tire Works
Went in for heater repair came out with no A/C, cracked windshield and a grease pit interio

Took my car to Tire Works for heater repair and it came out with a cracked windshield, no A/C and an interior that smells and looks like a grease pit.

They took no responsibility for the cracked windshield and refused to replace it. The manager and the owner tried to convince me that it was due to the cold weather. However, when I brought the car to them the windshield was in perfect condition.

The car also had A/C when I brought it to them and now it doesn't. The heater still does not work properly.

To other consumers:
Do NOT let Tire Works do any kind of work on your vehicle. They are a total ripoff and they will ruin your vehicle. They have horrible, horrible customer service.
