Incompentent Work

We have used this company for several years for our service work on our large coach motorhome. We had gotten a new motorhome and had tire trouble (front tires) so when we took the motorhome in for service we asked them if they could provide service to realign our tires. They said that was a service they provided and did the work for us. After their realignment we took the motorhome on a road trip (1200 miles round trip) The tires were just put on the motorhome just prior to driving it to their facility but on our road trip they started to show wear worse than the previous tires that we had just replaced. When we returned back home we took it to them and they said they had done everything correctly and wouldn't even think about tire replacement. We then took the motorhome to a regular tire alignment company in Eau Claire and had them check it. It was so out of align that they though we'd been in a accident or damaged it somehow. They didn't belive us and checked our motorhome every way to see if something was cracked or damaged and of course it wasn't. They suggested we get new tires again and then they realigned them and we have not had any additional wear other than normal wear and now have an additional 4000 miles on those tires. We sent reports and had the other company send reports to River States showing what they had done and how far out of alignment their job was but still River States wouldn't do anything about it except offer to refund the price of the repair bill. Why would they offer to refund that if they really thought they had the the work correctly. The repair bill was less than $200.00 and the new tires were in the excess of $800.00. We were asking them for reinsbursment for the tires. We have gotten their final response and they still would not replace the tires. We will NEVER take our coach or anything else there again and have been spreading the word as much as we can. Since this incident and with talking to other customers of theirs we aren't the only ones that have had bad service at this facility.
