American Airlines is horrible for customer support. They totally removed our trip into St. Lucia whenever we have experienced it reserved for 2 weeks. We created our vacation preparations on the basis of the trip. Your only choices distributed by the "boss" were: travel your day before/after at nighttime, travel into an airport 3 HOURS ABSENT or return our cash. That's SIGNIFICANTLY the very best their customer support may do??? We're currently compelled to invest extra cash without any restitution in the people that are messing up our vacation. This really is absurd and that Iam never likely to travel together again! The "boss" mentioned there is nothing they might do for all of US. I don't think this at-all and feel just like I am being lied to. Cheers for providing to stop our vacation with 60-days notice!!! They're the only real trip companies for this region plus they understand it! Absurd!
