I'm creating this notice to state how ashamed I had been using the Customer Support on my current journey on American Airlines. Making JFK was an entire headache. The trip was initially assume to abandon at 5:05 pm, Friday, September 22. Upon coming towards the airport I examined the trip panel and noticed that my trip was planned to abandon promptly with no setbacks. Boarding the trip went smoothly till it had been time to abandon. We were resting about the airplane for an hour or so with no clarification in the pilots or flight attendants.

It’s not until many guests started to observe that we'd not transferred from our unique place they started to operate and have questions. The pilot eventually introduced that because of climate this 1 driveway had been utilized and we'd abandon.

The flight attendants support substandard. I really could not think that on the trip from JFK to LAS might go out of drinks and treats. And of course I had been more shocked that American Airlines didn't provide free treats but were selling treats (which were sold-out aswell)! Worst trip I’ve been on in quite a long time

While people travel they'd like convenience when doing this. Great customer support ought to be necessary! On the trip for 5 hours in agony is terrible. I'll make sure to avoid American Airlines and consider my company elsewhere until your organization chooses to move it-up.
