I went back to the salesman displaying my dissatisfaction. He did not give me my receipt back. I went back a 3rd time to speak to a manager. The manager was not willing to admit his salesman made a mistake, and his mechanic did not report the proper items found on the check or did not check the vehicle properly. Another mechanic gave estimates for ALL repairs at less than 1/2 the costs Firestone gave. They took more than $125 beyond the work done, and I wanted that money back. I was told that will never happen. This is a case of not just one or two errors. The multiple consistent nature of the errors made were all aimed at costs I wound up paying for and got the car fixed elsewhere. This type of service will not make for success and I will do everything in my power to let other consumers become aware of their practices, and just how poorly they stand by their work.
