Hello to all.

I have dealt with Firestone for many years, plus I had friends that worked for Firestone.

First, FireStone. Is a tire shop not a auto-repair/service center. Yes, Firestone sells good tires. As for repairs you have another thing coming. For an example, will you go to your dentist and get an eye exam? Those of you who do go to firestone for repairs and service would probably go to your dentist and ask for an eye exam. Firestone wants to dominate te auto-service inderstry and are trying to push all other auto services companies away. They have become very greedy. The workers Firestone hires are not mechanics nor techinicians, they are tire instalers. These tire installers know very little about car repair; they will use your car as practise. I know this for a fact cause Firestone does not pay its employees well and according to the workers that I talked to, most are there temporally No real Mechanic will work on a Sunday with minumm pay. You want tires, yes Firestone. You need quality service on your car. I'll segest dealer or specialty shops. Plus Firestone shops do not have the proper equipment and tools to do Auto-repairs. Aviod shops that claim they work on every car and do all types of work. Just think about asking your dentist for that eye exam.
