The Most Disgraceful Firestone from here to IA - Overall Service

I have never been so upset with an auto repair shop ever in my life. I am standing in line and I overhear the guest infront of me being told that she will now have to pay $1600 for work that shouldn't even cost half of that. She was completely taken advantage of. I am not a mechanic but I have above average knowledge about what repair work costs. I am proud to say I walked out to her car and told her that she shouldn't get the work done at this firestone because they are ripping her off. Which she told me she was already thinking that. I was there to get my free lifetime alignments which I have had for about 4 months now. ONLY this firestone has told me that next time they will not do the work because of my lifekit on my Jeep. I havce went from Dubuque IA all the way to St. Charles IL to get my alignments done at firestones and NEVER have I ever had any problem. Then the manger persits to TELL me I'm wrong and was VERY rude yelling at me as I turned around and walked out the door. I will NEVER go back to this firestone and I hope this review will make other people NOT get there work done there. The firestone in St. Charles IL EVERYONE is super nice I have never had any problem with them there I would recommend them but NOT this firestone in Elgin IL on Randall Rd.
