Failure to Deliver to Canada

On Nov 3 I fedex'd my wifes US Passport to her in Canada. As of this date (11/18) it is still sitting in Canadian customs. If they had told me they could not deliver it the next day as agreed, (the driver and the fedex rep I spoke with to arrange the p/u) I would not have sent it. They charged me $48 and refuse to refund even though they are in breach of contract. Do not trust this company.
