Passport Stuck in Canadian Customs and $48 Not Refunded

On Nov 3 I FedExed my wife's US passport to her in Canada. As of this date (11/18), it is still sitting in Canadian customs. If they had told me they could not deliver it the next day as agreed (the driver and the FedEx rep I spoke with to arrange the pickup), I would not have sent it. They charged me $48 and refuse to refund it even though they are in breach of contract. Do not trust this company.
