I hired an automobile from Alamo from July 9-12, in Billings, MT. Per week later I obtained a phone from Amy Davis declaring the window was damaged once the vehicle was delivered.

Both my individual and that I could confirm towards the proven fact that there is no harm to the vehicle. We stuffed the vehicle up and cleaned the window one-mile in the airport we delivered the vehicle to.

I wrote and requested for image varification, along with a statement in the organization that did the repairs. Additionally the main reason I had been billed two times down-time as the fix was completed.

The only real "evidence" I had been delivered was a dark/white drawing of the vehicle with among six containers at the end designated.

After check the web under Alamo grievances, this fraud appears to be widespread world wide.
