Alamo Rental Car
Awful experience

I hired a hybrid-car from Alamo to generate from Raleigh, NC to Foot. Lauderdale, FL. I initially was designed to hire a mid size vehicle, but required the guidance of the sales person and went using the cross to save on gasoline. Anyhow, I went along and delivered the vehicle not surprisingly. Used to do have no difficulty using the vehicle within my rental besides the proven fact that I delivered it one hour late because we went into traffic on the road to come back it.

However, I obtained a notice in the Reduction Harm division stating there is harm to the vehicle plus they were examining the state. The peculiar thing concerning the scenario is the fact that they delivered the notice to my guardian's home in Chicago. I've not existed with my parents in more than 5 years! I shifted from that tackle after I went away to college and also have had a flat in doctor since 2004. I also didn't provide them with that tackle after I hired the vehicle which is not on some of my files.

Additionally, I've never hired an automobile before this time around when I was usually under-age and didn't wish to spend the underage charge. Thank heavens my parents still reside there or I'd haven't gotten the notice. I actually donot realize why they'd deliver the notice there and never towards the tackle I gave them. How can they expect me to obtain the info and work appropriately when they don't deliver the notice towards the handle where I stay?

Therefore, I named Losing Harm division using the info my mom could provide me to determine what harm they're examining, however the consultant wasn't significantly aid. She couldn't tell me what harm they're examining or when she'd understand. Therefore, I've no idea what they're referring to. Additionally, once the vehicle was delivered, there is no harm mentioned on my return paperwork. I'll never hire from Alamo again since this really is ridiculous!
