Virgin America declined to reimbursement solution after an eight-hour wait that they had advance understanding of however declined to exchange to guests. They stated they provided credit, but didn't utilize credit to rescheduled trip (because of Storm Irene), making me to spend of wallet, and also to spend significantly more than the initial ticket price. After I named afterwards, customer support representatives were rude, violent and blind to the reality and of the own comptuer system. They nevertheless won't return original solution. The credit is ineffective in my experience when I WOn't fly Virgin again. They're rude, arrogant, shady and therefore arenot slightly familiar with the idea of recognition. Pity in it.
