Unpleasant experience

I flew Virgin America for that 1st-time. It had been an immediate trip, plus they've lost my case. After I submitted the statement with Jasmine, she served enjoy it was no big deal. I have been calling for 3 times today, plus they can't think it is. I've named many times each day to confirm the position. There appears to be no body operating there till 3, after which after I keep messages, no body calls me back. Marilyn who's within their workplace was the rudest among all. Our advice-avoid Virgin America.
