Flight Change Over Charge

Do not create any trip day errors with Virgin America since their customer support division is not really customer-friendly! A $398.40 round-trip charge me another $482.99 simply to obtain a trip home each day earlier. Therefore a roundtrip journey which was designed to charge just $398.40 wound up charging me $881.39 excluding the additional luggage charge. This seriously isn't right! Our only mistake was arranging my return trip for Friday when it had been a really Friday starting. Yes they transformed my trip however the fee was far too serious

1. I terminated my return trip more than 24 hours before that Friday trip

2. Virgin America burns the exact same quantity of gas on either trip

3. The Friday trip is just a more costly trip then your Friday trip that I wound up getting

4. The Friday trip, chair 11D was obtained therefore Virgin America dropped no cash

5. I don’t brain a minimal charge to get a change trip but to cost me $482.99 to get a one of the ways trip after I just paid $398.40 for my unique round-trip is extreme

6. Additional major airlines don't have any change charge, while Virgin America requires full benefit of your errors

7. I've selected to boycott Virgin America till they return my cash and proceed to alert other tourists on the standard schedule regarding their unjust methods!
