Horrible service

Virgin Mobile has terrible customer support. Whenever you contact you seldom get a solution. Whenever you do get a solution their tech-support understands hardly any about their support.

They suggest that you receive 800 kb per-second however, you rarely get above 12 kb. They'll declare that it's an issue along with your computer. I tried it on numerous computers with various Os's but still had trouble linking so when I did so get related I still didn't get above 12 kb. After I told them-this they stated they might not support me.
