Neighbor has my shoes

Zappos, 2 pair delivered according to tracking on Thursday, to "porch." Not any porch specified. My neighbor had the tickets stuck to her back door and the UPS delivered but denied the packages were mine. I am furious but I don't know who to be furious at. UPS should have verified!!
