Driver left package at neighbor's porch

Your stupid driver left my package 1Z2011X40241411096
at next door neighbor's porch. Had I not been on the lookout and watched the whole thing from my window. I wouldn't have gotten it.

Meanwhile, I had to go under pouring rain to retrieve it.

And FOR THIS I paid $20.00???
