I wrote to you in July in regards to an online purchase I had made. I am still waiting for the items to be delivered to my address. I received an automated email to inform me the package will arrive on 21st June which was the day for delivery according to the courier. Unfortunately I never received the package, the courier stated they had left the package in my porch. I do not have a porch that has free access from the outside of my house without the use of a key. I contacted the merchant of not having received the package and they were adamant that the package was delivered to my porch. On that note, there was a family member at home who could have taken the package and not be needed for the courier to state on their device that they had left the package in my porch. I have not been provided with a proof of signature also. I have a side gate which leads into my back garden where previous couriers have left my package. As in my claim I had stated that I had a porch (which I shall not lie about) this automatically became against my defence. The merchant still believe according to the information provided by the courier Hermes that the package was left in the porch (clearly it was not in my porch). As a consumer, this is unacceptable. I originally asked for proof of signature and date of delivery. It is clear that the merchant does not have this information to provide me. They will no longer deal with my case and they still believe by the courier that the package was delivered to my address and left in my porch. This is not the first time Hermes courier have placed my package and delivered it elsewhere. Last time I was fortunate for a senior honest man to come and knock on my door to inform me that my package was delivered to his house. He shared the same door number as my address but on his house was on the next street.

I believe that my package has been left at another address in another porch.

I am not an individual who would be deceitful about such things. If I was not satisfied with the items, I would have happily returned them back to merchant for a refund as they do offer this service.
