Warning: be aware of their deceptive business practices! Online, they offer a $9.99 full service oil change. The ad states "see store for details." I called the store, and was told there was no catch, nothing I needed to do but bring the car in. They were offering this special "to show appreciation for their customers after 20 years in the business." Sadly, when I went to the store, they would not provide the service unless I filled out a credit card application to sign up for a credit card I did not want and was not told of ahead of time. As I left the store, I was told they'd "wait, I'll take care of your car." After dealing with their deception even before beginning any work on my car, I would not trust them to do any maintenance. Consumers beware! According to HQ Goodyear, these stores are given "incentives" for credit card apps, so they will pretty much do anything - including cheat or mislead a customer - to get a credit card app filled out. Their written flyers are less deceptive as it clearly states "member's price" or "membership required" but consider going anywhere else when looking for an oil change as you usually get what you pay for and a $9.99 oil change did come with a lot of undisclosed and unadvertised strings. Other stores and store managers might be more honest, but stay away from this location. Based on the lack of any customer service from their corporate location, Certified Tires should not be considered for your vehicle needs.
