My husband and I were looking to purchase a used vehicle back in November the sales man we worked with and met seemed so eager to help us get a car.

He took our application and got all our neccesarry info, said he would call us the following Monday, so Monday morning went by afternoon went by and on into the late evening. No call, so the next morning I called him he claimed he was in a meeting and that he would call back in 1 hour, 4 hours past nothing, so I called back and they paged him he was so conviently missing. All of a sudden, I called and called no answer from him yet.

So I called his manager and told him it had been over 48 hours and his dealer promised 3x he would call back and has been avoiding me and giving me the run-a round!

Finally I recieved a call from him and he said he was waiting on word from some financing companies and that he promise he would call back in 2 hours, well 2 days past, nothing it has been 1 month since I put in for a car at that dealership and no one ever contacted me.

This place displays bad business and obviously doesn't want to sell cars. This company, I believe discrimanted against my family because of our race. I have told everyone in this community about there unprofessional practices! I would never try to but a car there again!!!
