Rip - Off

On 05/24/08 I went to Peoria Kia to purchase a vehicle. The only reason why i went back was because of micheal crawford was honest. I was told he was not longer in business. I trusted them.

On 10/11/08 I recieved an add from Peoria KIA stateing they wanted to buy back my Sorento, it didn't matter how much I still owed they would pay it off and under no obligation would I have to purchase another vehicle from Peoria KIA.

That same day I call Peoria KIA let them know the details about my Sorento, I let them know I the vehicle had high milage, I let them know every detail. Allen the used car sales person said "No problem, we can get you out the Sorento and into something you can afford"

The appointment was made for 10/12/08 at 1000. I live 2 1/2 hours south of Phoenix. I left my home at 7 in the morning to make sure I was there on time. I met with Allen I was ready to come home with a lower payment and different vehicle.

"Sorry we can't help you" "We can put you in a different car and lower payment if you want to buy another car"

I let them know I was not a happy camper, as well as thanking them for wasting my time.

The sad thing is, this was the second time they said they could help me get out of this vehicle.

I spent $80 on gas, money I really didn't have to get up there.

Peoria Kia is a deceptive, misleading, quisling, dealership. When Micheal Crawford was there this didn't happen. He would rather loose money, than loose your business. You can rest assured when Micheal Crawford shakes your hand, his WORD is as good as GOLD.

When Peoria Kia lost Micheal Crawford, they sold their soul to the devil. They are EVIL, deceptive, their business tactics are despicable.
