Extremely unprofessional

Three days ago I called this dealership to get a quote for a car that I was very interested in. The next morning wondering why they had not called me back when they said they would, I called them to check the status of my quote. The salesmen said he would get back to me. Several hours later I called them back wondering if they had gotten around to my request. The sales man said he would call me back in the morning. (Really??!!) The next morning, no call. I called them back several times until I got ahold of one of the sales man. I told them I had a loan and wanted to buy the car... He asked for my loan agency so he could get the ball rolling for me. Several hours later and several attempts by me to get ahold of this same car sales man I learn they have sold the car, that I have been getting the run around from to someone else. UNBELIEVABLE! I cannot believe how incredibly unprofessional this dealership is. When someone offers to buy a car, SELL IT to them!!! Also, have you every heard of a dealership being so neglectful of those who are inquiring about a purchase? Guess my money is not good enough for them. They do not care about service to their customers... Just the money they can get from them, lame.
