Buyer Beware

Mid may we bought a Red Wood 5th wheel rv from these people. After the sale was completed my wife and I noticed the invoice that they where using the price us had equipment that ours did not have. When we called it to their attention we were told there had been a mistake and that the wrong invoice was printed out. The price would remain the same. Part of the equipment was added but most were not. So we went on to the issues, and there were several with this unit. Manyempty promises and much lip service since had my wife and I reeling. Calls were not returned, appointments set were not kept, and often with no correspondance from them.

We are now at the 30th of July and I finally told them I would find someone else to do the work they should be doing on the new RV we had just purchased. We live in this unit most of the week and they know this. That is what is most infuriating. You would not know these were same same people that we dealt with when they were trying to sell us this Rv. Even the walk through was rushed, and that is why we did not see all the issues up front. Soooo. Beware
