Last May, my wife I bought A Redwood rv from exploer usa rv superstore in mesquite Texas. After we bought, we realised that the invoice we dealt from had more equipment than the one we bought. We addressed this and were told that was our price, they took the invoice and never returned it

We live in the rv during the week then go to our home 100miles away for week end. So we bagan to find issues right away. Lip service and empty promises with an occasional weak attempt at appeasing us was our experience for several weeks. Finally the end of JULY we gave up and told them we are done with them. Unfortunantly they are the only dealer in our area. So I guess we will have to drive more than 200 miles for service. If you or in the DFW area you will have to rely on them If you buy A Redwood.
