Misrepresented vehicle sold invalid extended warranty

I purchased a vehicle from tim dahle nissan in may of 03 this vehicle is a 02 frontier pickup. I believe it has been previously wrecked but not reported. The day i purchased the vehicle many things were replaced behind my back. Later down the road these problems arose and were blamed on me, because nissan could not figure out these problems. They sold me an extended warranty but they do not honor that warranty because they believe i have abused this vehicle, again i have proof now showing there were major issues before it was in my hands.
I have shown this vehicle my love and care.
I was overcharged above blue book, i was sold a warranty that has not done any good yet, I have spent thousands in repairs,
I have spent a lot on accessories.
In 18,000 miles i have replaced the tires twice.
I have replaced many warrantied parts numerous times that they would not honor there warranty with.
