All Sherwood Nissan cares about is the initial sale. When it comes to an oil change or a paid service like purchasing extended warrarnty theyre all hands on deck but as soon as it comes to helping the customer with warranty issues or getting the best bang for your buck with extended warranty options they only look out for themselves. I have had so many issues getting warrantied problems fixed in timely matters with Sherwood Nissan. Also when I purchased my extended warranty the finance manager pushed me to purchase the 3rd party warranty telling me it was the same as Nissan Canada's extended warranty but $250 cheaper. It turns out I have to pay the diagnosis every time I need a repair with 3rd part as well! You would think if this was disclosed to me during the purchase I would opt for the Nissan one since I paid $150 for ONE repair already which almost paid for the price difference. I know all dealers look out for themselves to a certain point but since I am younger and I quiet a few new vehicle purchases ahead of me they would treat me properly. A finance manager should firstly know their product and if they don't get someone to help me that does, especially when I asked what the difference was in the warranties!!! Shame on you sherwood nissan.
