What scam artists!

These people are real ripoff artists... I went in for an oil change and A/C recharge on my PT CRUISER..
Got there at 7am. 4 hours later they tell me I need new brakes, rotors etc etc etc
Well after they did the brake job (meantime I'm still waiting for my car) and 8 HOURS after I arrived for my oil change the car was done... Then they said it needed $1200 more work...
They even stopped working to go have lunch meantime I'm sitting there since 7am..
Would never never never go to them again...
I had a terrible experience because i am a woman i guess they thought i was dumb...
HAD TO OPEN A FIRESTONE CHARGE ACCOUNT TO PAY FOR THE BILL
Thank Goodness my daughter printed up a $100 off coupon...
I am still in shock over this terrible experience... Went home shaking from lack of food and nothing to drink (they only had a coffee machine which I never drink)
