I had my truck towed to Firestone in Humble TX on beltway 8 because my brakes were leaking I placed my key in the drop box and called them the next morning to see how much it would cost. I got a call a couple of hours later and they told me $1100 for a master cylinder and a power booster, they also told me that I needed 4 brake pads and 4 rotors (I just put 4 new pads and 2 front rotors on my truck less than a month ago) for a total of over $1900. I told them I will pick of my truck. They offer that I apply for a Firestone card. When I went to pick up my truck they charged me $21.99 for vehicle check. I got the master cylinder put on for less than $200 and I would have paid Firestone up to $375. I also have a van that I paid for a lifetime alignment and they will not give me an alignment unless I pay about $700 or more dollars for frontend work, so I get it done somewhere else. I got a call from the store district person so I called and after I gave them my name they had me waiting and I spoke to him.
