I haven’t received my second delivery after I refused the broken package of the first delivery for 10 days.
And a man is asking my money for the new package every day. I called IKEA custom service around 7 times.
All of them told me that the problem is in the store, and let me wait for call back, but no one call me, except the one who asks my money. He knows that I didn’t get my package, and he always called me after I called IKEA custom service. I don’t know the problem is in IKEA store or it is in the delivery company, but it is definitely a swindle.
