Say some gm vehicles burn oil like that

Cars & Transport

This is what happened to me. We bought a new 2007 chevy suburban and have had nothing but trouble since day one. It always would burn oil, (about 1 quart per 1500 miles). The dealer originally replace the head gaskets and said that should fix it, i wish. They have done multiple oil consumtion tests and say that it falls within general motors specs for consumption, some cars do that. I have owned many new cars and none before have.

I have seen a pattern with the 2007 model, i talk to a lot of others who own them and they all have same problem. If this is with in their specs then i will never againg own a gm vehicle. They have other fixes for the problem but none of the dealers around here will do it because gm wont pay them to fix this problem unless its more than 1 quart in 1000 miles.

I have owned 4 chevy cars or trucks in my life and this will be my last. Very dissapointed in service and product from the new gm (government motors) wish we would have just let them go away instead of bail out.
