Getting Deposit Back

I have had nothing but trouble with Honda dealer in Pickering, Canada. I went in to buy a car the sales person (Dan) pushed me to make decision took a deposit from for $500 for a Honda Accord and said you can make a decision later and recently my work hours had just been cut and when i do the math i would be able to afford the car. So i went back to get my deposit they are giving me the run around saying come tomorrow, come next week and i am very frustrated at this point. Good thing i didnt buy a car from them, i would have probably gotten the same service for the car. Does anyone know what i could do to get my money back?
