I have a 2001 chevy suburban that has 42,000 miles on it and i just had to replace the transmission in it. It had to be replaced because the dealer said it was to expensive to replace the parts do to the chuncks of metal they found in the pan i call gm and so far they are not willing to help me at all because i have no warranty they told me i should have purchased the extended one but i didnt.
It seems like i am not the only one to have tranny problems with gm if you look on the internet you see plenty of other complaints i think this is to new of a vehicle to have such a major problem and i think gm should help with it.
