Do not buy from these guys! Complete ripoff and horrible customer service

I was foolish enough to buy a car from these "people" (since I can't swear online). They have horrible customer service and the salesman Derrick was a complete jerk. He couldn't remember anything I told him, and yet kept trying to be my "friend" do not let him feed his family off your commissions.

When I asked him to let me test drive another vehicle, he told me "THEY ALL DRIVE THE SAME" wtf? He wouldn't let me test drive any other vehicles and kept telling me I needed to put more down. Anytime someone drove up that was a prospect, I would hear them yell "FRESH ON THE LOT" what a great way to hear customers talk about your potential customers. I was an idiot to go with these guys, and I hope these reports discourage you from buying from them.

Don't believe the reviews you see online either, read the bad ones and compare how the good ones were written. You can tell someone sits there all day and makes up this "salesy" crap.

Do not buy from these people!

When I asked to trade the car in 3 days later they said it had already funded and there was nothing they could do for me. I don't even see how it funded when we didn't even show them proof of income for the co signer or a utility bill.

SCREW THESE GUYS! As soon as I have a down payment for a truck I'm getting rid of this crappy car and letting someone else take over my payments.

And whoever it is that rebuttles these reports, don't even bother. I never want to deal with your crappy business conduct again.
