Finance Manager Travis bypasses Customers that had been waiting for 2 1/2 hrs for new customer to sell car out from under 1st customer

We went to Murdock to specifically look at a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid that we had previously test drove. Spoke with Travis for a couple of minutes and he told us how much we would need down so we stepped outside to make a phone call, then went back in and sat down with our sales person to write up the paperwork. While we were writing up the paperwork, the other couple came in and wanted to test drive the car and our salesman handed then the key not realizing they were taking it for a test drive. When we finally got our salesman to understand that he was writing up the paperwork for the other couple for the same car he just stood around waiting for them to finish and did nothing.
When we finally got to speak with the General Manger he asked us how much more we would be willing to pay for the car. We were already approved for funding and just needed to check on the availability of the down payment. We asked if that was really how he wanted to approach this. When we were finally able to speak with Travis, the Finance Manager, he just kept asking us if we had told him we wanted the car, but that was our car salesman that didn't convey that to them.instead of trying to keep us customers, they just kept stating that there was nothing they could do. So if you want a car from these guys at all don't let go of the keys for nothing or they will sell it out from under you while you are filling out the paperwork and they don't value you as a customer because they didn't offer anything else to say they were sorry for the mix-up in any way!!!
