Ripoff jacka@#es idiots losers Customer Service yeah right liars

This dealership should be shut down. I came in on a sunday to buy a vehicle, I had been on the internet and thought there website was state of the art. I showed up and was to speak to someone with the internet part of there dealership, there was no one who could help me. So I went over to the used car area, they directed me to the new car area, they told me I could probly get into a new vehcile with the same payments with my two trades, Salvador Uribe the salesman was great and polite. So, finally I test drove a brand new 2005 chevy uplander, it was great. Then the sales manager came down and started his sales tactics, I agreed to a payment of around almost $800.00, now I need to paint the picture here, so far so good, until they gave me the vehicle and said they will be back with me, days went by and no news is good news, well to make a long story short, they came back and said I needed more money down or a co-signer, (what the he!).

So, I FIRST THOUGHT OK, BUT THEN THOUGHT YOU GIVE ME A VEHICLE AND I SIGN ALL THE PAPER WORK AND THEN OUT OF NO WHERE TELL ME i AM NOT ABLE TO KEEP IT, THAT IS A BUNCH OF CRAP, so friday I call the a@#holes and tell them I am coming to pickup my two vehicles and the deal is off. When I get there to my dismay my vehicles are no where to be found, Salvador goes and picks up my two vehicles. At this time the assistant sales manager is telling me he needs a copy of the receipt so he can give me my refund on the down payment, I told him you charged it you should have a copy of it, so in a few minutes here comes another individual with my receipt to sign, good I can leave, well, I had my brother with me, and the sales manager starts saying we are bothering and talking to his customers, oh that started a really big arguement with my brother, we never once talked to any customers, so to make my customer service experience more horrible, Mr manager says this I Quote " People with a credit score like yours shouldn't even be trying to get a new car", my brother say the people in toledo ohio would love to here this.

Well, I really left out alot of the wordiness, but, I am disappointed and hope whoever reads this will not goto Bill Heard Chevy, because in my opinion they are not into customer service and will never be by saying something so private in public to people who are wanting to purchase a vehicle, I am going to speak to my attorney and see if I have a case, watch out Bill Heard.
