Attitude/Poor Customer Service

I've been a faithful client for several years with Pep Boys from purchasing components to components. I've always preferred the hygiene and choice consequently when my vehicle turn off on me on I 95 and had towed to my home. You had been the very first people who I required some support. I'm fairly educated on vehicles and chose to pull-back the time address considering my time gear had shattered on the 94 Geo Metro. It's a non interference engine therefore nothing with valves etc. Is injured when the timing belt breaks. Affirmed it had been the gear, I named to determine just how much to obtain it mounted and also to provide for you for repairs. I talked with Ken operating and attempted to describe what I'm informing you today, but the moment I stated I got an entire 7 screws out, sufficient to examine the time gear before I introduced it for you, I had been turn off an informed in his precise phrases " I don't feel it!" I stated what would you suggest? I had been informed that I began anything and he wont become involved??? You've to become joking me... With present day economy and me stuck, you suggest to inform me, sorry about your fortune! Not likely to support? Therefore, obviously, I've been operating my vehicle going back 2 times having a grin on my encounter after getting it towards the seller and spending $250.00 I purchased the vehicle for gasoline reasons and think it's great! I'll let you know this, you and everyone by-word of mouth that I understand or interact with, wont move or be known you due to the insufficient customer support! I had been happy to go towards the seller, they obtain a poor cover to be over-priced, but I let you know what! Atleast they care!
