Purposely Misdiagnosing Problem

Don't go here! Terrible! I introduced my vehicle below having a radiator flow, they identified that my serpentine belt was free, it required a tensioner along with a radiator flush/load. I understand little about vehicles, but I understand when the serpentine belt is not operating properly, it'dnot be simply the radiator deterioration but all of the additional procedures also. Additionally, I examined the gear myself once they explained this - really tight. Their cost: $475. I eliminated my vehicle from their storage and required it to some reliable technician in Philadelphia (that we must have within the first-place, but did not wish to drive my vehicle too much when there is an issue). They explained - when the issue WAS the serpentine tensioner, the price for that (components work) might have been $113. THAT IS $300 SIGNIFICANTLY LESS THAN PEP KIDS!!! Works out - which wasnot the issue whatsoever. It required new radiator arms, a small cost. Pep Boys are educated to lay and and pull the money from customers. They will say something. Save your self, nor trust them!
