We stuck at Dulles airport to London since June 30th 6PM. It is September 1st 8PM with no guarantee of starting.

Please can someone make an executive decision and obtain us from here to birmingham?

That Is INSANE! And incredibly unprofessional.

In The airport 2-times in a move because of insufficient planning and bad administration by Virgin Atlantic flight group at Dulles Airport July 30th and July 1st 2009. STILL WAITING WHEN I CREATE.
