Liars, misleading

I booked a flight to delhi with connection in LOndon FOR DEC 18. Neither the airline (Virgin Atlantic) nor Cheapoair informed us that a transit visa is required for connecting flight in London (even if you dont need to go out of the airport). Virgin refused boarding at aiport. Cheapoair promised full refund on the phone but did not send us an email (RATHER REFUSED TO SEND EMAIL CONFIRMATION) confirming the same. Yesterday after 10 days they say they are refunding ONLY taxes worth approx $300. I lost $5000. Never use cheapoair or virgin atlantic ever. My 2 cents. Airline staff and cheapoair staff are unpolite and uncooperative.
